Yūgen Digital created a logo for my company based off of the colours, style and design I wanted and also included different variations,  and the reasoning for choosing certain fonts, styles and colours.

They then provided me with a worksheet to fill out the main details of my pages and even helped fill in some gaps. Yūgen Digital was very patient with me as I curated my content because I'm a full time mom.

From there Yūgen Digital designed a website that reflected just the right setting and mood that I wanted to evoke about my company for my clients. A calm, and nurturing space. They used mostly stock photos and AI generated animation as I didn't have any photos, just the one for the About Me. But I absolutely loved the choice that Yūgen used for the images as they resonated with the message that my company is conveying. As for the AI generated animations, I like those as well, but I did ask for a little tweaking so that the images would fit my company more (more spiritual type drawings) as my company has a very strong spiritual side. And with no problem at all, they came up with ones that went amazingly well with the whole theme.

They even included my very first blog post and showed me samples of different versions of how the photo attached to the blog post could be layed out and worked with my specific requests on the blog section.

Yūgen attached Google Analytics to my website so that I could track the data on my website and also showed me how to understand it. They also did a video call with me to give me a tutorial of how to create my blog posts and answered any questions that I had regarding it.

Upon the launch of the website, Yūgen Digital designed a beautiful, short video for me to announce the launch of the website.

Throughout the entirety of working with Yūgen Digital, responses were fast, my requests and changes were done efficiently and with a lot of care. My whole experience with Yūgen Digital was hands down 10/10

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Success was measured by the launch of a fully-branded, SEO-optimized website with integrated booking functionality, and the client’s ability to begin receiving inbound Discovery Call requests within the first 30 days post-launch.

Yūgen Digital delivered everything on time, any kind of delay would have been them waiting on my content to add so absolutely no complaints there. They responded to my needs in a timely and efficient manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found most impressive or unique about Yūgen Digital was the attention to the details and the ability to "fill in the gaps" when I needed a little help with certain content. They provided examples and advice of content and even researched what I sent them and provided their opinion on the subject matter which I found incredibly helpful. They also reassured me that I was I on the right page while writing certain details and how it fit with what I wanted to say to my clients and how to get leads.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Yugen Digital could have done differently?

Honestly I don't think I can think of any areas of room for improvement with Yūgen Digital. They by far exceeding my expectations and I will recommend them to any business needing a new website or even an upgraded one.
