I’m the CMO of a leading institution dedicated to photography and visual culture. We offer exhibitions, educational programs, and community outreach to foster dialogue and learning about the role of images in society.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Ypsilon Digital to accomplish for the International Center of Photography?

We needed help with performance media on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, plus the integration of the site with HubSpot.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ypsilon Digital has completed an audit of our media and performance marketing environment. The team has taken over media planning, buying, and creative management. Ypsilon Digital has also done projects around data integration across systems.

We started working with Ypsilon Digital in December 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Ypsilon Digital's work has increased student recruitment and museum visitors. We had our highest number of full-time students this past year. We also saw a 200% increase in one course and a 30% growth in museum visitors on average.

How did Ypsilon Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Ypsilon Digital delivers on time and has good communication. The team has a small team but delivers solid work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ypsilon Digital has an international mindset and understands Europe, the US, and Latin America.
