Your Design Guys focuses on creating websites that actually turn visitors into customers. They get caught up in creating a pretty picture that does little to guide your visitor to actually take the action you want them to take. If your main goal is a phone call then what incentive's are you providing your visitor to call? Same goes for filling out a form or making a purchase, these things cannot simply be left to chance.
