I’m a nurse at Jac’s, a senior center for elderly people.

What challenge were you trying to address with YellowCC?

We needed help building our website and increasing our reach.

What was the scope of their involvement?

YellowCC has built our website from scratch, improved our SEO, connected Stripe so we can get donations, and gone out of their way to handle our entire marketing plan. The team has also run a marketing campaign with pamphlets and flyers across the city.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from YellowCC.

How did you come to work with YellowCC?

We found them through a referral and chose them because they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in February 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in brand awareness and online donations. For instance, we’ve received more than 20 new clients in five days and $12,000 in donations in six months.

How did YellowCC perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been very efficient and taken great consideration of my deadline. We communicate via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve been very considerate of our budget. Moreover, their work has been more than a job, and they’ve been invested in seeing our objectives met.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.
