I’m the secretary of Carrefour de l'audition, a hearing aid clinic specializing in hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and personalized auditory rehabilitation services.

What challenge were you trying to address with YavaInt Technologies?

We needed to design and develop a professional website to improve our online presence and make it easier for patients to learn about our services and contact us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

YavaInt Technologies handled the design and development of our hearing aid clinic’s website. The scope of work included creating a modern and user-friendly website, organizing and presenting our services clearly, optimizing the site for mobile devices, and integrating contact and appointment request features. The main deliverables included the complete website design, website development, and deployment of the live site.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

YavaInt Technologies’ new website improved our online presence and made it easier for patients to access information about our clinic and services. We also noticed an increase in patient inquiries and appointment requests through the website after its launch.

YavaInt Technologies demonstrated strong project management throughout the engagement. They communicated clearly, followed the agreed timeline, and delivered the website on time as planned. We primarily communicated via email and messaging apps.

YavaInt Technologies fixed a complex Klaviyo and Shopify integration issue and built custom store sections that were fully functional and easy to use. The team also created interactive collection sliders.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

YavaInt Technologies fixed the integration issues, which was very important. The team also delivered a better-looking and more functional website. Our customers were satisfied with the fixes and spent more time exploring our website and interacting with the slider.

YavaInt Technologies delivered on time. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

YavaInt Technologies was the only team that could fix the integration issue. The custom slider was easy to use and could be edited in-house with no code by an employee.
