Xten Consulting

Xten Consulting is an AI implementation consultancy for established businesses, usually companies with $10M to $100M in revenue and 20 or more employees. We're based in the Greater Toronto Area and work with businesses across Canada and the United States.

We're operators, not theorists. Our team spent more than ten years building a company from zero to over $25 million in annual revenue. Along the way, we rolled AI out across our own sales, marketing, customer service, operations and finance teams. Now we help other business owners do the same, without the guesswork.

Most leaders we talk to know AI matters but aren't sure where to start, which tools to trust, or how to make it work with the systems they already have. That's where we come in.

What we do:

• AI strategy and platform selection: choosing the right AI tools for your business and setting them up properly
• Systems integration: connecting AI to your ERP, CRM, e-commerce platform and other tools, with custom connectors where needed
• Workflow automation: order processing, customer support, collections, reporting and other repetitive work
• Sales and marketing AI: faster follow-up, stronger campaigns and less manual work
• Team training: hands-on training so your people use AI with confidence

How we work:We start with the opportunities most likely to pay back, agree on how we'll measure success, and track the results. Department by department, we work with the people who know the job best. Then we train your team, document everything, and hand ownership to an internal lead.

After that, it's your call. Some clients take a complete handover. Others bring us back when they need help, or book quarterly reviews to decide what's worth doing next.

If you want practical AI that saves your team time and grows your business, let's talk.
