The team from XperLabs was responsible for developing the mobile interface of the Hike app using React Native. Their scope of work included building intuitive user flows for four account types (Shopper, Store, Sponsor, and Agent), integrating the frontend with the backend APIs, ensuring smooth payment processing features, and optimizing the UI/UX for a seamless user experience. 
Key deliverables included a fully functional app, API integrations, real-time data updates, and bug fixes. They also provided design refinements to enhance usability.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in the successful deployment of the Hike app, enabling users to perform key functions such as payments, account management, and sponsor contributions efficiently. The frontend delivered a user-friendly experience, which contributed to high user engagement and a high retention ratio. 
The app’s stability and performance improvements were evident through reduced bug reports and positive user feedback after launch.

Additionally, their positive attitude and collaborative approach stood out—they worked seamlessly with other teams, including design and backend development, ensuring effective communication and a cohesive final product. Their professionalism and teamwork make them a pleasure to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something XperLabs could have done differently?

Overall, the team performed well. There will always be room for improvement in code quality, attention to detail, or faster delivery. However, these aspects are not strictly tied to our work with them and often depend on the budget and resources available. 
Despite these factors, the team demonstrated a solid commitment to delivering a functional and user-friendly product, making them a reliable development partner.
