I am VP of Marketing for a fast growing ecommerce brand.

For what projects/services did your company hire XLR Media?

We all have been struggling to get Facebook ads to perform properly. I needed an expert to help identify what was going wrong, and ways we had forward. XLR provided many specific examples of ad creative and testing frameworks, that made it a layup for us to move forward.

How did you select this vendor?

I read about their experience online, they have done work for similar brands in the past.

XLR in took and reviewed my account and followed up with consulting services as I described above. The two main aspects were a breakdown of past advertising efforts on Facebook and prescriptive suggestions on how to move forward with paid media.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with their founder and owner on this project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I now have definite creative plans for our brand that will last for at least two months, and will build from their results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

XLR replied to all questions and was always professional and clear.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

A lot of media buying companies aren't involved with creative in an intimate way. XLR does rely on creatives and brands to provide advertising materials, but they also do provide and play a role in creating ads. It is nice to see someone who is so intimate in understanding what works, and what doesn't work.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I can't say so.
