I’m the CEO of a digital marketing service specializing in web design, online marketing, and mobile app innovation. We hope to give your clients more time to focus on their business by providing these services.

When we started the company, we needed help getting ahold of the resources we needed to perform well.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The vast majority of their services have to do with web design, some of which is white label. While they’ve performed a few custom web designs, most of their work is through WordPress. They provide an array of services as needed, including graphic design, mobile apps, and SEO. They’re able to accommodate a variety of needs as well as provide industry knowledge to help my business stay on the front edge of the industry.

I have one main point of contact with Xigmapro Software Pvt Ltd, but they're probably five teammates working on my account altogether.

How did you come to work with Xigmapro Software Pvt Ltd?

I initially posted an ad that that project manager responded to. In the interview process, he stood out because he demonstrated a dedication to learning and mastering his craft. He also had a good handle on designing mobile apps, web, and graphics, which matched what my company needed. They also conveyed their experience with SEO, which was impressive. He was both humble and seasoned, so we hired him.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $30,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started our first project in April 2017 and still have ongoing work.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We can see their impact on our business through customer testimonials. We have a perfect customer satisfaction rate, meaning we haven’t had a single dissatisfied customer to date. 

How did Xigmapro Software Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

They were flexible in managing the projects. I come from a business analyst background, and they were very accommodating given my lack of project management experience. They kept the project timeline, staying on top of things as the business grew. The team took a straightforward approach to everything—nothing’s been sugarcoated. They’ve handled themselves with integrity, building a great relationship. They’re a big part of how we achieved our 100% satisfaction rating. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve shopped around, and the one thing that separates Xigmapro Software from the competition is their straightforwardness. Their explanations behind their project management decisions, deadlines, and benchmarks are completely transparent. That’s allowed me to trust them and made it much easier to address my customers’ concerns.

Are there any areas they could improve?

As my partnership with them moves forward, it would be great to have the chance to get more involved with the developers directly. As of now, I speak exclusively with a project manager, and it would be nice to get a deeper understanding of their workflows. That’s just a personal preference, though.

Be very clear with communicating requirements because they’ll build exactly what is asked of them.
