Please describe your company and your position there.

The Friedrich Naumann Foundation seeks to promote liberal ideas by fostering a market economy, rule of law, and political education. We work on topics such as innovation, digitalization, and open markets because an innovative and open society can promote the freedom of individuals globally. My position in the foundation is Finance Administrator for Mexico.

For what projects/services did your company hire XID - Digital Services?

We have several internal projects that involve all areas from finance to communication, we contracted the services of XID, in order to improve our internal processes and be able to successfully carry out each of the external projects.

SOLUTION

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

On the recommendation of a colleague who worked with them in their previous job, and the decisive factors for hiring them were their formality, their experience with international companies and professionalism.

The foundation has many events during the year and all areas are involved in order to carry them out, for this reason we hired the services of XID to train us in Scrum Fundamentals and Scrum Master Certification.

The sales manager, the administrator and a facilitator.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We still haven’t finished the project we have with them but I have been able to see how the people from the different areas have improve communication and that has meant that the processes don’t have so many errors.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I think that the communication has been very good and fluid, I think that we as a Foundation have managed to expose our needs and XID has managed to understand them and give us tools.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The confidence and security that they transmit from the first approach. Ultimately companies are made up of people.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, none. I’m very satisfied with the service of XID

We have developed systems from scratch internally and with help of others companies such as XID. They helped us with Customer Journey Maps, auto independent agile cells, systems architecture.

We usually send an RFP to a lot of companies and they had the best price and value proposition offer.

It was a very difficult project because of the key users and stakeholders. They changed the scope a lot but managed to finish in time.
