Are there any areas for improvement or something XeLab could have done differently?

We delayed our software tool development until the AI models were finalized, but running both in parallel could have significantly reduced the timeline. Additionally, we hired a QA tester only at the end of the project, whereas including a QA member from the beginning would have been more beneficial.
