I'm the Sales and Ops Manager for a boutique wellness, health and fitness centre

We wanted to increase the company's digital marketing capabilities so as to run social campaigns, upgrade our website and apply more emphasis to digital areas of our business that require it.

We asked a few friends and they recommended Jo highly.

Each week Jo introduced and taught us facets of digital marketing from SEO and website design to competitor analysis and social campaigns

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We started to see an increase in the key digital metrics involved with our website and campaigns straight away. This continues to provide us sales of current and new services we offer

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. Jo was well organised sending through materials for pre-reading before our sessions. She then patiently ran through the subjects at our own pace often pausing and ensuring we understood the topics. She also tasked us with examples directly related to our business e.g. we built a social campaign from scratch under her supervision

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

XD Consulting Ltd tailored the training around our business to help us understand, absorb, and utilize everything.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We learned a lot of new concepts which were often foreign to us as Digital Marketing amateurs. We could've spent more time on specific areas that affected our business more. However I put this down to actually not allocating as much time ourselves as we should've for these areas.
