Xcope AI

Xcope AI is a Portuguese applied AI company based in Porto. We help companies put artificial intelligence to work inside their day-to-day operations, on the systems they already use: ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, email and industry software.

What we build:

• AI agents that carry out tasks inside company systems, with human approval where it matters
• AI process automation for invoices, orders, reports, emails and customer requests
• Predictive models and machine learning for demand, sales, energy use, equipment failures and risk
• AI assistants that answer from company data and documents, with each person's existing access
• Data integration between systems through APIs, databases or scheduled exports

We work in logistics and transport, energy, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, retail and distribution, insurance, banking, real estate, hospitality, automotive, food and wine, telecoms, professional services and holding groups. The team has more than 30 people across three continents, with projects in more than 10 countries.

Every project starts with a 30-minute call to map the operation and the data. We then build on the client's own infrastructure and accounts, test with real cases and train the team. A project is only finished when the system is in production and the team uses it without us. The code, the data and the documentation belong to the client.
