The project management style seemed to be smooth. They did consistently deliver items on time. There were a few instances where deadlines were missed for reasons - e.g., someone calling in sick, request for revisions. However, they were always proactive in keeping me informed about any delays and worked diligently to get back on track.

In terms of responsiveness, they were generally available to my needs. They responded to my questions and requests for clarification in a timely manner e.g., within 2-4 hours. There were a few occasions where it took a bit longer to hear back, but overall, I felt they were open to my feedback and willing to address any concerns I had.

Content Specificity: While they talks about the importance of understanding your brand, it could benefit more specific examples of how they've helped clients achieve brand clarity or deliver exceptional customer experiences through UX design via sharing case studies.
