Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

JK: New brand identity, brand guidelines, logos and a new website.

JS: Following an extensive brand questionnaire to outline the objectives and goals we kicked off with understanding who the brand was and defining what it represents. Then came the website map and function discussion that allowed us to create how we wanted our visitors to navigate our site. 

From there the boys took it away, developing ideas, creating page structures, and collating brand inspiration/concepts which was followed by the first show and tell where we got to see the initial brand concepts that were incorporated into stylescapes to best display the potential of each idea. 

After we made our decision on a concept Woven started to create some magic! I cant say we made it easy with legacy brand elements we couldn't get rid of and in-depth web functions that should have been left in the silly idea corner, but the team smashed it! Then we got to see it all, and golly we were chuffed! following a few final tweaks and content uploads the new site was purring and was very close to seeing the world! 

We've now had our new branding and website for a few weeks and feel so much better when clients find it or are sent it. We know they are getting a fair representation of us and our business and it sets the standard of the work we do!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
JK: We wanted our branding to reflect who we were, create a consistent and clear message to our clients. We also wanted to increase traffic to the website, create a more engaging client experience on the site

JS: the biggest issue we had was that our website had no feeling or awe and in film being boring is the opposite thing you want to be. Watching people see our new site and branding and getting positive feedback is the most important thing for us. 

As far as the nuts and bolts are concerned, we now have a CMS that works and displays all the details we like to share and have integrated a form-based quoting page that allows clients to price check and get in touch avoiding any sticker shock. another note of success was the available time with the woven team to ask silly questions and get things explained to help us manage elements in future.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
JK: The team were amazing. There was never a moment when we had a question, review or concern that wasn't answered quickly. The project took a little longer than we first anticipated for a number of reasons mainly out of either of our control, however the additional time taken to perfect the brand and the site was well worth the outcome.

JS: This project existed in a few stages over the timeframe where we had to pick back up due to us being away on projects and each time the Woven team jumped back in with all the energy we were used to.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

JK: They consistently went above and beyond to interpret our ideas. We had examples and ideas we were drawing from, as well as concepts that required some out of the box thinking in both brand and web development. 

A few examples include some last minute inclusions of an existing element into the new brand which was executed flawlessly. A calculator feature on the site that required some custom code and research, as well as the initial landing page experience which really brought everything to the next level.

JS: the Yes attitude, we gave so much a try and learnt what works really well and what needed to be evolved.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Woven Studio could have done differently?

JK:The timeframe was a little more drawn out than we had thought. We had a few technical hiccups while transferring site hosting and servers which caused some disruptions, the issues were always resolved quickly, however I think the transfer could have been a little smoother. 

Being able to get into the back end of the site and implementing the content roll out a little earlier in the process would have made the last few pieces feel a little less rushed. Part of that was lack of preparation from our side, however it wasn't initially clear when we could jump in and get started.

Woven always deliver excellent advice and work on Branding, graphic design and website development. We've used them to create new branding from scratch, and they've built a number of websites for us. They always deliver something better than expectations.

Woven create websites that increase engagement and help convert audience to paying clients. They think of little details people tend to miss, all resulting in a better outcome.

Woven are great at responding to my and my clients needs, only suggesting the best ways for brands to move forward. Everything has been delivered on time and on budget. I've only had good experiences with their project management, and they remain flexible with timelines as needed.

Woven Studio exhibited a unique set of skills that was unmatched. The graphic design work is always incredible. They are my go to as I can always trust them to deliver something on brief and excellent (and typically better than competition)

Not too much to say here. Some growing pains transfering some sites over on the new platform but Chris didn't stop until everything was resolved, which was great.

• A premium feel, with colours that cpatured the region in which the business trades.
