In January 2019 Woven came to market and acquired Jaywing PLC, as part of a number of acquisitions which also included Slowhit Ltd (trading as Carpeo) and Direct Response/Go Response/Ansaback (trading as Yonder Digital Group) - all of which are now trading as Woven.

Woven is building a proposition that is very much about delivering the outsourcing and contact centre business of the future – a brand that is the most innovative and disruptive in the industry that lives up to the promise of “connectedness” through ‘people powered by technology’. Woven will continue this journey to strengthen its proposition in the development of new capabilities and through the growth of new clients and also new acquisitions of other boutique BPO’s businesses, across the UK initially then expanding to other Regions.

Woven employs over 1,400 people in four towns/cities across five sites in the UK. All of that has happened in the first three months of launching. Collectively they already have an amazing client list including Staysure, Toyota, Selfridges, Kärcher, Scottish Power, Rated People, Moss Bros and many more. Plus their expanded set of services means they can develop their offer to clients across inbound, outbound, email, chat, SMS, back office processes, plus a bureau services offering, with more skills across their new group business.

Empowering through Technology-One of the key things that Woven is keen to develop quickly is how technology can empower all of their colleagues to improve what they can do for their clients. They have already got a number of proof of concepts and pilot projects underway, including how they can use things like predictive intelligence and automation to knit things closer together. The idea is to create a technology platform that puts colleagues in control by providing all of the information they need at their fingertips, enabling a more satisfying conversations with better outcomes for all.
