We have a large number of legacy MS Access databases, some used for critical operations and reporting. We wanted to replace one of the major databases using Working Mouse development team

Working Mouse is an expert in operating Codebots development software. We were keen on trialling this rapid application development technology for this project.

On-site discovery regarding business problem, pain points, requirements gathering. Examine a number of interlinked legacy databases and associated workflows and reports. Examine scope and develop schedule. Develop agile delivery plan including backlog, sprints etc. Obtain data models. Deploy on client infrastructure, testing, data migration.

Met regularly with approximately 8 members of the team including lead, devs, analysts, and testers.
