The team started by sharing a detailed Minutes of Meeting email stating everything that needed to be done and all the required legal formalities. Then they responded with ideas on how they would carry out the strategies. 

Later, I was introduced to the entire team who would be working on my project, along with a roadmap outlining how each member would approach each strategy. A comprehensive market research study was shared with my team so that we could pick only the best techniques. They also regularly had team hurdles so that everyone could be informed about each activity!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The strategies improved all the decided aspects of my business; since the MR report was shared before commencing the strategy part, it became more accessible for the team to implement the right strategies at the right time, which resulted in improved results and better outcomes in terms of lead generation and user awareness. 

MR report helped to understand the market landscape and customer behavior. Social Media visibility is increased by 135% Website technical and On-page optimization is improved to 93%. More than 22 keywords are ranking on the 1st page of Google Search, out of which 8 keywords are ranking in 1st position. CTR is improved from 0.5% to 2.5% in a short time. Organic leads are also improved by 70%

Throughout the project's duration, the Woosper team consistently devised effective strategies for product expansion and provided steadfast support. I felt genuine professionalism from Woosper’s experienced staff members ever since our first contact. 

They were aware of what was required of them and came to the job with very specific strategies for how they would carry it out. The experts were aware of all the aspects of the projects, which helped us make a confirmed decision to select them. Most important, we are assigned a project coordinator, which helps to keep the communication very smooth.

Since the initial conversation with Woosper team members I got a sense of sincere professionalism. They understood what was needed from their end and approached with very clear methodologies of how they would proceed with the project.

Firstly, they noted down all that was required from their end. Then they reverted with insights on methods of how they would go ahead with the strategies. Later on I got introduced with an entire team that was dedicated for my project and how each individual with proceed with each strategy along with a roadmap for the entire project duration.

I was also given an in-depth market research report so that we could select only the best strategies. They also kept regular team hurdles for everyone to be updated on every action and effort!

The designated person of contact was the project manager along with content, marketing and social media strategists!

As the strategies were in line with the project requirements, we were able to increase engagement on the social media accounts. The promotional strategies resulted in spreading awareness about the NFT launch. We also could see a significant influx of traffic in terms of potential buyers!

The workflow was very smooth as the teams were able to communicate clearly. Being regular with their updates and actions was one of the highlights of working with team Woosper!
