I work for and run a family-owned manufacturing business alongside my father.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wolf Pack Media?

As I moved back to the more mechanical side of the business, I needed my client management responsibilities to be easier. I hired WolfPack Media to help me make my website more accessible to clients and to help with other aspects of our marketing and online presence.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired them to be our one-stop-shop. They created our web design, did our web development, and also helped with content marketing. 

They also worked on our SEO optimization to make us one of the first companies you see on Google. They helped with Facebook Ads, made a LinkedIn account, and spread our efforts across different online platforms.

What is team composition?

I worked with three people, but I know there were more people working behind the scenes. 

How did you come to work with Wolf Pack Media?

Most places that I found on the internet had outrageous prices. I talked to friends about this, and they referred me to Wolf Pack Media. Once we sat down in person, I knew then that they were awesome. They gave me a reasonable quote, so we moved forward.

How much have you invested with them?

I invested about $7,500 in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began work in November 2019, and we’re wrapping up the project in January 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

While the website isn’t up and running yet, I think it’s going to be good. Right now, I have no complaints. Also, I’ve gotten some new clients from some of the other work they’ve been doing for us.

How did Wolf Pack Media perform from a project management standpoint

I usually communicated with them over the phone. They wanted to meet more in person and send someone over to me, but I’m really busy all the time. So, I had them call me on the phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re diligent. They don’t rush through the project like other companies I’ve worked with. The work they do is incredibly in-depth, and they make sure that everything is okay with me.

I don’t want great work, and I don’t want to have to make changes. What I want is for their work to be perfect before they get it to me. And, so far, I like the fact that they make sure their work is perfect before I see it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The whole project has been smooth-sailing. I guess they could be a little quicker, but I would bet that mostly is because this project occurred over the holidays. They still communicated with me during that time, though. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Take advantage of the fact that they’re great at presenting themselves, and meet with them in person at the beginning.

I am a lawyer by day but hired Wolfpack Agency for a project outside of my work. It is a blockchain project regarding NFTS.

For what projects/services did your company hire WOLFPACK AGENCY?

We hired Wolfpack agency for Nft base character design & collection, blockchain website with smart contracts, community management, motion graphics, and working on a play to earn game right now.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for many teams and had 3 part process where we shortlisted our best choices. Through the 3 choices Wolfpack Agency clearly stood out against them all.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We firstly had an initial meeting where they understood our vision and ideas. Following the meeting, they presented us with strategies to take our idea from concept to market. Once we approved on direction, we had another meeting to see our base character design once we approved. We began working on the traits and characteristics of our nft.

While we worked on getting them the traits, they worked on completing our website. Our smart contract website was set up with our specific rules on minting and ready to launch with our collection shortly after that we launched with a motion graphic teaser. We are currently working on building a community and our play-to-earn game.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked directly with the creative director and project manager who provided us with direction and collected our feedback.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The work we received was done very thoroughly and aligned with our vision for our website and designs. We were astonished by their process and their attention to detail. Since working with Wolfpack Agency, we have been able to see our brand come to life which has helped us raise capital with real products for them to see and vision to follow.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective, they used tools such as Monday.com to update us on our portal about deadlines and deliverables which was very easy to keep up with. We also had direct communication with the project manager and creative director which was a treat.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about WOLFPACK AGENCY is their attention to detail and high-quality designs. The designs were beautiful and drawn to perfection and brought to life. They are very talented at their craft and they are forward thinkers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I love my experience with this team and I cannot say enough good things. I have nothing that I would like to see changed.
