Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder and owner of www.learnmor.com, LearnMor is an education company that provides tutors to parents and students of the age 5 years to 20 years.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Wiznox, and what were your goals?

We hired Wiznox to build our website front end, back end and mobile apps. Our goal was to make it extremely easy for parent and students to hire private tutors through our website and mobile apps.

We wanted to provide an intuitive platform for parents and tutors, build a matching algorithm, connect parents with the right tutors and make payments easy for both parties.

How did you select Wiznox and what were the deciding factors?

We found Wiznox through Upwork, we interviewed them, looked at their past projects. They had given us a detailed schedule of work and a really good pricing. They were also very professional through out the entire selection process.

Build a website to register tutors and take requests from parents. Tutor profile section Parents request section Chat section between parents and tutors Backend to filter tutors and rate tutors Two rating systems, one with parents rating and second with LearnMor internal assessment. Two seperate mobile apps for parents and tutors

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There was a project managar, a front end developer and a backend developer along with a website designer. In total 5 members were involved.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the launch of the project their was a very positive response, we registered over 20,000 tutors and connected several parents to these tutors.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

We used slack and trello to manage the project tasks. There were several daily and weekly calls about the project. The project team was very supportive and accomodating of any requests.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company is managed and run by good people, who understand the project requirements in detail, give good technology and project advice from their experience with an intent to make our project successful .
