I hired Wizfiz Videos to redesign several websites for me.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wizfiz Videos redesigned two websites for me. I provided them with my general ideas and requirements; I wanted an elegant, professional-looking, user-friendly website. Once I set my requirements, the Wizfiz Videos team designed the sites.

I found Wizfiz Videos on Bark; I decided to hire them after I saw their portfolio and had a call about the price and timeline with the owner.

I invested $8,000 with Wizfiz Videos. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with Wizfiz Videos from April 2021–January 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website just launched and we’re in the off-season, so I don’t have any customer feedback yet. Wizfiz Videos did a phenomenal job at the website design — they delivered on everything I asked for. 

How did Wizfiz Videos perform from a project management standpoint?

Wizfiz Videos’ team was professional and helpful. They made edits I requested and made sure to follow up with me to ensure each revision was to my satisfaction. Generally, I communicated with Wizfiz Videos via phone calls, emails, or text messages.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with other designers before who delivered beginner-level designs, but Wizfiz Videos’ designs were high-quality. Working with other designers has always been a nightmare for me, so Wizfiz Videos was a breath of fresh air. I would definitely hire them again. They had no problems reiterating designs to ensure I was satisfied. Wizfiz Videos also provided many suggestions on how to bring the site together to appeal to customers. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Before I ran out of funds, we began working on product design and bumped heads a few times. I didn’t appreciate Wizfiz Videos pushing back on my ideas, but that was the only time we had any issues. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

First, I’d advise customers to set aside at least $10,000 for a high-quality website redesign. Second, customers need to ensure communication with Wizfiz Videos is open, clear, and specific to ensure Wizfiz Videos can produce what the customer wants.

The animated video was to be roughly 1 and a haf minutes in length and detail the components and features of our new product. All aspects of the project from concept to storyboarding to drafts to finished product were handled by WizFiz Videos.

A large increase in awareness of our new product which led to leads with surgeons.
