I'm the Marketing Director for Stikwood.com, a manufacturer of wood Architectural finish products

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Wizart?

We hired wizart to supply a product visualizer that allows our customer to see our products on the walls of their spaces.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We reviewed several visualizer companies, used their software and decided on Wizart.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After we decided to move forward with Wizart, the company loaded a test product for us into the system, and showed us how to upload more products, which we did. We used their documentation to add the application to our website, tested and we were off to the races.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had one customer rep. and they clearly had access directly to the dev/technical team, as any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After implementation around 1000 people per month use the visualizer to see fi Stikwood is correct for their space. The system is so easy, we also use it internally to help the sales and service team if people want renderings.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our customer reps there have been great. They are pretty good communicators when new features come online. They do what they say they will do when they say they will. When we had questions, the answers came quickly because they were always there for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We love the simplicity of the system. It takes something fairly complex and makes it easy for the users.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing I'd like to see is an integration with our CRM so we can see the usage data from Wizart in our data warehouse.
