WizardingCode is an AI studio from Cascais, Portugal. We design, build and run an Agentic OS for companies: a team of AI agents trained on how the business works, running inside the tools it already uses (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, email, WhatsApp), under rules its people set.

How we work: a 1-week Diagnostic maps the work that eats the team's week and ranks what agents can take over. In 30 days we ship the Agentic OS (agents, rules, memory and a command center), tested on real cases and live with guardrails and an audit log. Then we operate and improve it, month to month.
Behind every Agentic OS are 18 years of building the software companies run on: custom software, integrations, back-offices, websites, mobile apps, data and marketing funnels. We work in English and Portuguese with companies in Portugal, the rest of Europe, the United States, the UK and the Middle East.

Our Story
WizardingCode started in 2018 as a software studio in Cascais, building the platforms, integrations and back-offices companies run on. In 2026 we relaunched with one focus: putting AI agents into production. Most companies we meet have run an AI pilot that never left the lab. We build each client's Agentic OS inside their own tools, under their own rules, and we put our fee on the line: live in 30 days, or the setup fee back.
