Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the owner and sole shareholder of Roseman Corp that has an operating division called Executive Suites by Roseman. We offer serviced apartments and corporate suites primarily to businesspeople in need of long-term lodging.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wise Tech Corp?

We needed someone to keep all of our technology up and running.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wise Tech Corp fulfills our IT needs. The team conducts a monthly checkup on our entire system to ensure that everything's working correctly. They also supply us with hardware and manage our computer network. 

What is the team composition?

Our primary point of contact is Justin (Managing Director), but we've worked with four technicians.

How did you come to work with Wise Tech Corp?

Our former general manager referred Justin to us. 

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent about $150,000 CAD (approximately $120,000 USD) throughout the course of our engagement.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in January 2006, and it's ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Wise Tech Corp is always there to support our needs, and they've performed beautifully. They're also proactive and eager to prevent problems before they even crop up, which is essential to us.

How did Wise Tech Corp perform from a project management standpoint?

They've done an excellent job in terms of scheduling and communication. They're absolutely spot on in terms of pricing — the estimated cost they provide at the start of each project is exactly what they charge us in the end.

We communicate with them through phone calls and email. They also have a ticketing system where we can input our issues and request help. The Wise Tech Corp team is always available to support us, and all their technicians are familiar with our business's IT needs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Wise Tech Corp is a solid team — their services are outstanding. They're always available to take care of our problems as swiftly as possible. 

We have yet to encounter another vendor that cares as much as Wise Tech Corp does. They get better and better each year we work with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything they could do better. My only advice for Wise Tech Corp is to keep growing their business and hiring more resources.
