I’m the founder of Hoomzz, a proptech platform that simplifies the rental experience in Chandigarh, India, by offering verified rental and PG listings, property management solutions, and smart real estate tools for property seekers and owners.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wise Hustlers?

We needed support to build a scalable platform consisting of two applications — one for users and another for B2B partners.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wise Hustlers has taken the time to understand our requirements and business model in detail and has turned our ideas into a practical, scalable technology solution. The team has gone beyond just development and also handles our branding, SEO, and digital marketing, helping us build a stronger and more consistent presence for Hoomzz.Wise Hustlers has handled the project end-to-end, from branding and product strategy to development and digital growth. The main scope of work includes:

• Product strategy & requirement analysis: Understanding our business model, workflows, and requirements and converting them into a scalable product structure.
• UI/UX & branding: Developing the brand identity and creating the user experience and interface for the platform.
• User application: Designing and developing the complete application for end users, including the required features and workflows.
• B2B/Partner application: Building a separate application for our B2B partners to manage their business operations and interactions with the platform.
• Backend & admin functionality: Developing the backend infrastructure, APIs, database, and management capabilities required to operate both applications.
• SEO: Handling our SEO strategy and implementation to improve our online visibility and organic growth.
• Digital marketing: Supporting our digital marketing activities and helping establish a stronger online presence for Hoomzz.

Overall, Wise Hustlers acts as our technology and digital growth partner rather than simply a development agency, managing the project across product, branding, technology, SEO, and marketing.Wise Hustlers has delivered a complete ecosystem with separate applications for end users and B2B partners, supported by a centralized backend and admin system.

How did you come to work with Wise Hustlers?

We found Wise Hustlers through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, had pricing that fit our budget, offered good value for the cost, and had company values that aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Wise Hustlers in September 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Wise Hustlers has successfully developed and launched the core user and B2B applications, establishing a complete digital platform to support Hoomzz's business operations and future growth. The team has created a consistent and professional brand identity across the product and digital presence and improved our online visibility through ongoing SEO efforts.

Wise Hustlers has built a stronger digital presence through marketing and content activities and created a scalable technology foundation that allows us to add new features and expand the platform as the business grows. The team has reduced the need to work with multiple vendors by managing our technology, branding, SEO, and marketing.

Overall, Wise Hustlers has helped us move from a business concept and requirements into a complete technology and digital ecosystem that is ready to scale.We’ve received positive feedback on the branding, UI/UX, and overall professional look and feel of the platform. From the business side, having the user application, B2B application, backend, SEO, branding, and marketing handled by one team has also made coordination much easier.

The biggest qualitative indicator for us is that Wise Hustlers consistently understands our feedback, responds quickly to changes, and often suggests improvements beyond our initial requirements. That level of involvement has given us confidence that we have the right technology partner as Hoomzz continues to grow.

How did Wise Hustlers perform from a project management standpoint?

Wise Hustlers manages the project very professionally. Communication is consistent, and they’re easy to work with throughout the development process. The team takes the time to understand our requirements, keeps us involved during the project, and is responsive whenever we have questions, feedback, or changes.

Wise Hustlers also delivers the project on time as committed. What we appreciate most is their willingness to take ownership and go beyond the initial requirements when they feel something can be improved. Overall, the project management is smooth, transparent, and reliable.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impresses us most about Wise Hustlers is their level of ownership and their ability to understand the business behind the technology. They don’t simply take our requirements and start coding. The team takes the time to understand how Hoomzz works, what we want to achieve, and how the platform needs to scale. They then help us refine our ideas and suggest improvements that we hadn’t initially considered.

Another unique aspect is their ability to handle the project end-to-end. From branding and UI/UX to building the user application, B2B application, backend, SEO, and marketing, we’re able to work with one team instead of coordinating multiple agencies.

Wise Hustlers is flexible and willing to go beyond the agreed requirements whenever it’s beneficial for the product. That combination of technical expertise, business understanding, responsiveness, and ownership is what stands out the most to us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we’re very satisfied with Wise Hustlers and haven’t experienced any major issues during the project. If anything, because the project involves a large scope — two applications, backend development, branding, SEO, and marketing — there are times when we have a lot of ideas and changes coming in at the same time. Having even more structured documentation and prioritization for these changes could make the process slightly more streamlined.

That said, the team is very flexible and handles our feedback well. Any minor challenges are addressed quickly, and they remain focused on delivering the project successfully and on time. We’d still be very comfortable working with Wise Hustlers again.
