I don't think so that they need to work on there process but yes I would highly recommend to align the language converter which they have in there website that language converter is bit confusing other than that it was amazing.

I own TMI MGMT an artist management and consulting company that works in artist development, bookings, and marketing.

We hired them to write a Wikipedia page and for instagram verification.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

At the time, they had good review online. (In the past 3 months they have multiple reviews about people being scammed with a very similar story to ours. The project was delayed and never completed.

I originally chatted online via their website chat feature, with an employee named Dylan. We negotiated price and settled on $550 for a wikipedia page and instagram verification. The payment was processed and sent on Oct 4, 2021.

On Oct 5 Anthony wrote me saying the process takes about 2 to 3 months. Emails exchanged regularly until 12/21/21 with Dylan. John took over communication 1/13/22 saying the project was delayed and they need another 30-35 days. And the instagram verification will be submitted again. Email weekly until 2/15/22. John never responded to Mandy's email. Chatted over company website 2/28/22. Never responded 3/1/22.

Emails returned and chatted on the website chat. Never talked on the phone.
