They kicked things off with workshops to really understand our business goals, our existing data setup, and what we needed from a machine learning standpoint. From there, they designed and built a scalable ML platform that could handle multiple predictive analytics use cases at once. The work covered a lot of ground: automated data pipelines, building and training the predictive models themselves, setting up MLOps workflows so deployment could happen continuously rather than in one-off pushes, integrating everything with our existing cloud infrastructure, and building APIs so other business applications could actually use the predictions being generated. On top of that, they gave us technical documentation, performance monitoring dashboards, and ran knowledge transfer sessions so our own engineering team could take the reins after launch.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were real and measurable. We cut manual data preparation work by around 60%, shortened our model deployment cycles by nearly half, and saw better prediction accuracy across several operational use cases. Just as important, our product and analytics teams got much faster access to reliable insights which meant better decisions and quicker movement on new AI projects.

Wideanchor began by evaluating our existing claims processing workflows and identifying where AI could reduce manual effort without affecting compliance or disrupting our existing systems. They then developed an implementation roadmap and worked with our engineering and operations teams to build and deploy AI-powered automation.
Key deliverables included intelligent agents for document analysis, automated case routing, AI-assisted claims adjudication, secure integration with our internal healthcare systems, document intelligence capabilities, and governance controls to support compliance, audit readiness, and ongoing workflow visibility.

The project significantly reduced manual work across several claims processing workflows and improved turnaround times for routine cases.
