Because we work on such a wide variety of projects, with customized plans based on each client's needs, turnaround times vary. Once a project proposal is approved, we provide a full project schedule with deliverables, delivery dates, and expected response times so you always know where the project stands.

You will always work with Chris and Sarah on your projects. We'll start with a discovery call and general intake form to learn more about your business, marketing history, industry, vision, and your short-term and long-term goals. We'll make project recommendations with clear explanations and reasoning, and move forward at a pace you are comfortable with. We work and communicate primarily through Google Meet, Notion, and email. And if you're nearby, in Colorado or Virginia, we'd love to meet for lunch!

Success metrics vary by project and evolve over time. When building a new website, we work from competitive analysis, user research, industry research, and brand analysis. Our goal at this stage is a site that represents your business well and is built to perform when marketing begins. Once you're driving traffic, success means conversions: form fills, purchases, appointments, memberships, email signups, and other meaningful actions. We track what's actually moving the needle: leads generated, revenue influenced, and conversion rates over time. Impressions are an early indicator, but they're not the destination. If no one is taking action, we're not done yet.

We use Notion as a central hub for project management, with workflows tailored to each project type. For ongoing SEO engagements, clients have access to a shared content calendar that tracks each content piece from proposal through publication, including current status, content details, publishing channels, and performance metrics. For more straightforward deliverable-based projects, we maintain regular communication throughout, actively encouraging feedback and questions at each stage. Feedback and revision requests are handled through Notion or email, and we outline expected response times in your project schedule so nothing falls through the cracks. Digital marketing and SEO projects include monthly reporting covering progress, results, and recommended action items for the coming month, so you always have a clear picture of where things stand and what comes next.
