Track the number of appointments booked through the app, aiming for consistent growth. Monitor the rate of appointment no-shows before and after app implementation, aiming for a decrease. Gather user feedback and ratings, striving for high user satisfaction scores. Measure the time it takes to confirm or reschedule appointments, aiming for efficiency.
