The agency provided comprehensive web and mobile development services, along with UX/UI design support for our company's rebranding initiative. Their approach included forming dedicated teams for both mobile and web development, which worked in collaboration with our in-house team and an additional group from Ukraine, focusing specifically on our two main products. 

Their responsibilities extended from liaising with potential integration partners to overseeing the entire development process. The team from the agency comprised front-end and back-end developers, designers, quality assurance specialists, project managers, and a data analyst. 

Currently, the project is under a strict NDA, limiting the information we can share. Initiation of Partnership: Our collaboration with Whitecode Agency began in early 2022. The primary focus of this partnership was the urgent rectification of our critical server network infrastructure. At the time, our network spanned 7-8 countries and was hosted on Digital Ocean. 
The immediate need arose from our challenges with our backend infrastructure, particularly our legacy systems. This became critical when we encountered consistent failures in our servers and databases and issues with data dumps and rollbacks, leading to instability in our operations.
Critical Challenges and Whitecode's Response: Our main product, an internal ERP system used by over 1500 employees across various offices and salons, including those within our affiliates' network, faced significant threats. To address these urgent issues, Whitecode deployed their top DevOps engineer and back-end developer to analyze and revamp our system meticulously.
