I hired White Orange Software to build my mobile application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I have worked with them on several different phases of the project. The first phase was building the UI and a mockup of the app. We had to make a few changes and make sure that the interface was done well before developing the backend.

They created the app for iOS and Android. If a customer needs to hire an electrician, plumber, or another tradesperson, they are able to log into the app and book someone.

What is the team composition?

At the beginning of the project, I requested a single point of contact, and the CEO, who is very kind, became my main contact. When I need a change or an update, I contact him, and he will delegate the correction or work to his team. There is a big team behind the scenes.

The engagement began in September 2021, and we are still working together.

We are not yet live, as we are currently working on the admin panel. 

I find White Orange to be trustful and very responsive. I needed a team that would respond to my calls and requirements, and things have been smooth in this area. The quality that White Orange delivers has been really great, and I have no complaints. 

How did White Orange Software perform from a project management standpoint?

They are very good when it comes to meeting timelines and staying on budget. Of course, as a client, there are always additional requests that I add on top, and they have been very flexible with them.

They are easy to get in touch with through WhatsApp, telephone, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We have had a great partnership so far.

I don’t have any areas for improvement.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be prepared as a client. I was not familiar with coding, development, or UI technologies, and sometimes when you speak to a developer, it can be difficult to understand their language. Anyone who is willing to work with White Orange Software or any developer should be familiar with the technical aspects of their project before requesting a mobile application. There is a lot of work that needs to be done before contacting them.

The wireframe and copy of my website was finished, as well as the design of the start page and I wanted a full website design. Luckily I found White Orange. They captured just what I needed and put it into a gorgeous design. Communication was great, feedback always welcome on both sides. Working together was professional, easy and joyful.

After the first call, White Orange made the Start page of my website as sample site. We made a feedback call, they adjusted the page according to my needs (not many adjustments were needed), and proceeded with the next pages in the same way. As they worked on figma, I could always see their progress and even comment on the progress while they were working on the design. Very effective and useful.

I worked directly with the director and a designer, but there werr two more people working on the project.

Well, just look at: feelwundervoll.de. My web developer took the design as it was finished. It is done in a way that almost everything can be implemented into a wordpress theme. He got all the material he needed from White Orange. I am amazed at how well they work together.

They are extremely fast, never had any delay with them. Great communication, but it's best to show examples and details about what you want specifically if you have something very specific in mind.

The QA is probably their best asset. They will go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy even after the project is officially done (if we needed something extra for example, they provided it without complaining)

We searched online for the UI/UX designers and we shortlisted 3. After interviewing Dharmesh from White Orange, we chose them based on their past projects, cost estimate, and ease of communication.

Their team designed our enterprise software suite of mobiles and web applications from scratch. They started by analyzing the product specification document and screenshots of the samples we gave. They then created wireframes, after which they would ask us to give feedback.

Once we're happy with the design and approve it, they would then go ahead and create the high fidelity prototype.

My team worked directly with their UI/UX designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We very pleased with how the UI/UX design of our application turned out. Their work reflects the vision we had for the app, which was to be user-friendly, easy-to-navigate, and fun to use.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team was very easy to work with. Communication was smooth. Changes, requests and updates were done very quickly- usually on the same day we send them our revision requests. We communicated mostly within the Figma platform.

For longer discussions, communication were done through WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Amazing customer service, speed, and responsiveness. They worked fast, they were very patient and accommodating with our requests and changes. They were very easy to talk and deal with.

They also had good understanding of what good UI and UX was, giving us feedback and suggestions on how to improve our App.

I highly recommend Dharmesh and his team for UI/UX designing. We still have ongoing projects with them, and are looking forward to working with them for more projects in the future.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Saving a copy of the different design versions would have been better. This would help us easily revert back to previous designs in case we change our mind about the newly designed version. But this is only a very small concern that could easily be brought up with them for consideration in the future.

White Orange designed and developed our website, using Java, MySQL, and other technologies. They also designed and developed about six mobile apps for iOS and Android, implementing Google APIs to allow for location and search features within the platform. We continue to work with them to implement new features and functionality.

We're very happy with their deliverables thus far. They've been very detail-oriented in terms of development and have added a lot of value to our business.

Be clear on the project vision before going into development, providing details on each feature if possible. Once we started testing each iteration of the app and website, we quickly realized we were missing other features, which caused delays and additional costs.
