I had few clients, from various industries, and recently my Google ads team member left, so rather than going shopping for a team member I searched for an agency who can deliver results on my behalf, and came across White Label DM, they proved their worth from the 1st week I handed them their project.

Now, I have handed them all of my Google ads client, and are getting help in the SEO from them as well. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They have helped me acheive the ROAS of 400% for one of my high value ecommerce client based out of Atlanta. Umesh from White Label DM helped me understand all the major things which was lacking in the website and collaborated with my developer to fix things in client's website.

Another notable result which they helped is in helping one of dentist client based out of Denver, Colorado to rank locally for the Best Dentist in Denver keywords and other related keywords. This project was not making progress for months, but as soon as the White label team took over the project, there was notable increase in the ranking.

They were very understanding in communication and were there whenever it was required. Umesh, my account manager, was available on call or chat at any given point of time, and their team was also good in communication while I visited their office. They were very attentive to the needs of my clients and delivered the results with my branding, which was a major plus point for me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most unique thing which I would say is their expertise and way which they move around various difficult technical scenario. They have helped me in some quite difficult situations which my own team was not able to tackle properly.

Their pricing was also within my budget and they delivered the results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something White Label DM could have done differently?

The one thing which they might do differently is streamlining their process further. Sometimes there was delay in the work which I had asked, other than that everything was great.
