I, Vicky shah , founded Fitness5 Gym in 2014. We have 2 branches one in Rajkot and 2nd one in Mumbai. We have staff of 50 people. We use world’s best equipments of technogym and lifefitness.

The aim for this app is to make the process hustle free for us as a gym and for clients to manage their fitness battle easier.

Mr Harshit Vakil the owner of Weybee solutions Pvt Ltd gave us a team of 5 experts In different fields. One of them was provided as a point of contact with whom our team members can be in contact and make all the work done.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It made inquiry follow ups easy for us and it made monthly targets comfortable for our clients . It gave great impact for the new members and existing as well .

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was very impressive in comparison of other vendors. Mr Harshit Vakil personally pays attention in every loop so that the process can be correctly done. Their team regularly compiled with deadlines and always communicated delays well ahead of time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They created a dummy management system in which we tried and tested our features and then we applied in original version so that we can double sure.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Little Changes we asked in the work was not made in time initially. They may improve in timelines .

We produce articles from precious metals of different compositions. We wholesale and retail in same. I am a managing partner in the firm. I overlook designing production and retail of the same.

We hired WeyBee solutions for transferring our books of accounts to a digital platform and go paperless as much as possible.

What were your goals for this project?

Goal is to adopt digital platform with ease and smooth transition keeping in mind the user friendliness of the software and the range of age group that were going to use it. i.e. My father has a very limited knowledge of English as a language and computers but on the contrary he is using the software for over 8 months now and has no complains.

How did you select this vendor?

We came to know about WeyBee from a relative of mine and in his review he seemed to be very satisfied and happy with the services provided by the firm.

To know about the project in detail there are few things and issues which we faced earlier need to be illusrtated.

1. Ready Software for our requirements are there in the market which are way too complicated and needed to send in an employee for about a month to learn the software itself . After training the employee there are chances that he or she might leave the job or might get transferred to another department and we d have to repeat the whole process again.

2. WeyBee provided a very user friendly software which only takes a couple of days to learn and can be operated by individuals who have very limited knowledge of english and computers. Weybee provided features for cataloguing each and every article we manufactured . Features to make and record each and every transaction done with Artisans , wholesale clients and retail customers.

3. Features for maintaining daily books for expenditure , taxes , profit , loss , purchase of precious raw metals and refining of the same. Features for tracking the cash deposits and banking entries.

4. Features for doing an make to order based articles from tracking it from start till end. i.e. customer placing order, issuing it to the relevant artisan, following up and collection of the article , cataloguing it , adding it to the inventory and delivering the same on or before the date promised to the customers .

Team composition was of the we all partners and the inputs were taken from accountants , sales executives and managers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The impact is huge as all the calculations and transactions were done with the tap of few clicks. From the reports generated we were able to take many key decisions and we get and over all view at single glance . This erp has impacted at every minute to major detail and transaction. With this tool we have more power and control over our business.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project Management is going on smoothly as there are few things that are yet to be implemented. Good thing was WeyBee is and was always open for discussions even when the feature was implemented.

There are many things which were planned along the way while developing the erp , many things were added and omitted but we were never rushed by the vendor nor they missed critical deadlines. We collaborated very effectively with the help of flow charts and online meeting platforms.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Openness and enthusiasm for implementing things which were out of scope earlier and the user interface. Changing the whole modules for the ease of using the erp.

WeyBee is very professional and always looks for what's best for the client. Their working ethics and attitude are very welcoming for the clients and we are particularly very impressed with that. We were never asked to change or compromise our requirements to avoid any difficult coding work.

Are there any areas for improvement?

All i can say is they can be a bit swift in outputs , not that they are not speedy which they are but they can improve upon it.

We needed a partner to support us with web development.

WeyBee Solutions built the website from the ground up. They integrated several features, including a chatbot and a payment gateway. They also developed an e-commerce platform. The site is mobile-friendly as well.

I was in touch with two people from their team, but there was a larger staff supporting the project.

We developed a very good website with WeyBee Solutions. Due to recent issues, we’ve delayed the launch, but it’s ready and we’re confident it will do well. We’re very satisfied with the team’s work; they did a great job.

We met several times in person, though we mostly communicated through WhatsApp or over the phone.
