I’m the CEO of a hospital and healthcare company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with WeTwo?

We needed help with the design of our mobile app, so we hired WeTwo.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

WeTwo designed the UI/UX, graphics, colors, and icon of our application. They created the screens and a prototype for the actual app. We collaborated on the design of the workflow but their team made all of the suggestions for the interface. They used Adobe XD to combine all of our designs and ideas. 

They sent us drafts, which went over and requested modifications around. Their team also helped with us other fixes, changes, and additional features.

What is the team composition?

We’re mainly in touch with the two founders of WeTwo. They outsource some of the work as well. 

How did you come to work with WeTwo?

I know the founder on a friendly basis as I’ve done some work with him a few years back. I contacted him for my application design needs.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2021, and the project is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everything has been delivered pretty quickly right after we set our timelines. WeTwo has also done a lot of changes for us for free. We appreciate that we have not been charged for every single request.

How did WeTwo perform from a project management standpoint?

They could be a bit faster when it comes to accomplishing our requests. Then again, we do ask for a lot of things to be done. WeTwo often has to skip other tasks in order to help us. We mainly communicate over phone calls and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

WeTwo is really thorough. We feel like they're part of our own company because they really care about what they do.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could be a bit more organized when it comes to the delivery. I’m not sure if this is common among designers or just specific to WeTwo, but it bothers me that we need to contact them every time we need just a little piece of text to be changed. This is due to the fact that they use very specific tools.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Come with an open mind. If you’re a founder, you might always think that you know the best. However, you also need to learn how to listen to the professionals like WeTwo because they do a lot of research on the things you’re looking for.
