We were looking to develop a mobile application for iOS. We also needed some work done on our website.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to create an e-commerce store. We reached out to West Coast Infotech with the goal of developing our app, which they did perfectly.

We originally posted the project on LinkedIn, and the West Coast Infotech team approached us with an estimation. We spoke with one of their developers on the phone and it went very well, so we decided to finalize a contract with them. They seemed knowledgeable and technically sound.

Our grocery app allows users to place orders for home delivery. It also includes product lists, payment processing capabilities, inventory management functionality, pricing and discounts, user profiles, and more.

What was the team composition?

Our team included iOS developers, Android developers, web developers with expertise in Laravel, and a designer. We worked with a total of five people.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to complete the app within two months. Since its launch, we’ve received a variety of positive user feedback. Our team also loved the final product.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow we established between teams was very effective. We had regular calls with the team lead to stay updated on the development process. We often spoke on Skype to address any pressing issues and used Asana for task management.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We had a great experience working with their team. Whenever a developer was unavailable, I could contact the director, and he was available any time.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Some of their developers worked at a slightly slower pace, and expanding their team could be advantageous.
