We are the high tech operations arm of the Matrix Group. We provide managed operational services to enterprise clients, including large scale data operations, back office processing, and contact center services.
A core focus is building and running managed human in the loop teams for data annotation, labeling, segmentation, and quality assurance. AiZone is our dedicated data annotation and AI operations unit. It delivers skilled annotation workforce for computer vision and machine learning projects, including image labeling, segmentation, and validation, with built in QA layers and SLA driven delivery.

Werkit provided skilled manpower for a human in the loop data annotation and validation operation. This included recruiting and staffing trained reviewers, running 24/7 coverage across global time zones to meet SLA driven turnaround times, and validating AI generated outputs for live sports events. They also handled team scaling to match event volume and maintained quality and accuracy standards throughout.

Werkit's project management was solid. They generally delivered on time and met SLA targets, and when things came up they were quick to flag it and adjust. Communication was direct and responsive, and scaling the team up or down to match volume was handled without much friction. There was room to tighten a few things, but they stayed on top of the operation and kept it moving.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out was their flexibility. When issues came up, and on a 24/7 operation they do, the response was fast and they usually found a workable alternative quickly instead of letting things stall. That responsiveness mattered more to us than anything being perfect.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Werkit Inc. could have done differently?

Onboarding and ramp up of new team members could have been faster at times, especially during quick scale ups. Tightening consistency on quality reviews would also help. Nothing major, but those are the areas I'd point to.

Werkit Inc. delivered accurate polygons with 95% coverage in the desired areas. We didn’t have any benchmarks, but the goal was to achieve as much accuracy as possible.
