We are own funded startup currently running our own physical taxi platform .I am the co-founder .

To reach the more customers by the means of Internet and expansion of your business to other city with the ease.

We are into the Travel and Transport industry from the last 5 years and now we are planning to go online. Our project has 3 main components which includes a User app, Driver app and an admin panel to control all the activities.

What was the team composition?

The team consists of one android developer, one IOS developer, one backend developer, one Ui designer, one UI developer along with project manager, All are very experienced and caple to handle our complex business needs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been working on the project for the last 3 months and so far the outcome is impressive. They have not only incorporated all our feedback but also suggested various new features to enhance customer satisfaction. We are very satisfied with the outcome.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Project management is the major key of our project success so far, We are directly in communication with Dinesh who is the founder of the company and he handles the whole team and provides every solution of each problem which comes in between the process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their transparency, timely delivery, and availability around the clock are topnotch, which makes them different from other vendors.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They should have offices in the US and other North american countries, which will definitely reduce the communication gap which we feel sometimes, rest all is fantastic.
