The WELLPLACED Method

The WELLPLACED Method is a behavioural placement methodology for growing businesses. We work with founders and business owners who are making hires that matter and want a structured, evidence-based process — not a traditional recruitment engagement.

Before any candidate is assessed, we complete three foundational pieces of work: a Company Environment Profile mapping the organisation across nine dimensions of culture, a Retention Risk Report identifying where the environment creates risk for the wrong placement, and a Role Behaviour Profile defining the behavioural demands of the role across ten weighted factors. Every candidate is then assessed using a structured behavioural interview — scored with anchored evidence, not impression.

The output is a documented hiring determination with a clear recommendation and the reasoning behind it. The engagement continues through the first 90 days of every placement with structured check-ins at Day 14, Day 45, and Day 90. If the placement does not hold within 90 days, the final fee is waived and a replacement search begins at no additional cost.

We work with businesses of 5 to 50 people, typically at the growth stage, hiring into roles where the cost of getting it wrong is significant. Based in Sydney, servicing businesses across NSW.
