Our DevOps-as-a-Service model provides a structured, scalable team centered around one fully dedicated engineer. We assign one 40h/week DevOps engineer who serves as the primary point of contact and handles all daily operational work. This is supported by a DevOps Team Lead (10h/week) who ensures delivery quality, process guidance, and rapid escalation handling, as well as a DevOps Architect (10h/week) responsible for designing and optimizing CI/CD, IaC and cloud architecture.
To support implementation and ensure coverage across all DevOps domains, the team includes 2-4 additional DevOps engineers (10h/week each) with specialized expertise. We maintain a defined communication protocol with one structured update per day., while the Lead and Architect provide quick-response support for any urgent decisions or escalations.
