Team consisted of 1-3 individuals, with a single point of contact. weekly meeting aligned team on tasks and goals.

Very effective with utilization of various tools. There were some offshore individuals, but there were no barriers or difficulties. all individuals were very well capable, responsive and responsible

Attention to detail. Continuous communication. I was impressed with how they took ownership, even when it wasn't needed.
