The company operates in the optic and optometry industry. Iam a co owner of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire WebTailors?

We had an older e shop and we need it to update it, in order to meet the 2022 eshop standards.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have seen previous work of webtailors and we like what they did. When we contact the company thewere very polite and they explained everything that we have to do, in order to improve our e shop.

After we talked on the phone, we arranged a meeting, where webtailors presented uswhat it should be done to improve our e shop. After discussion, they redesign our e shop and we reviewed together the final details.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with two people: the owner of the company and a Web designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After a few days we noticed that we were receiving more order from the eshop compared to the time before we redesigned it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were really happy with them. They listened our needs and found the appropriate solutions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really cared about what they were doing, and they tried to meet our needs as effectively as possible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were really happy from our collaboration.
