I’m the CEO and owner of SDK Consulting Group, a technology consulting company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Websterz Technologies?

We hired Websterz Technologies to build a website for one of our customers, a pediatric therapy group.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Websterz Technologies designed and developed our customer’s website in WordPress. At the beginning of the engagement with Websterz Technologies, I provided them with my ideas about the website. They came up with the design for our customer to approve before beginning development. Their team integrated a lot of photos and visual explainers of the customer’s services to ensure it was accessible to the target audience. Websterz Technologies also added slideshows and videos. 

Websterz Technologies will add a live quiz integration and a board game purchase option to the site within the next few weeks. Once the development is complete, Websterz Technologies will offer SEO and maintenance services. I also plan to conduct two more projects with Websterz Technologies. 

What is the team composition?

We work with three teammates from Websterz Technologies, including the owner and two graphic designers. 

How did you come to work with Websterz Technologies?

I posted the job on Upwork, and when Websterz Technologies approached me, I saw they had a lot of good reviews. They provided a mock-up, and I decided to hire them. 

How much have you invested with them?

This website project with Websterz Technologies has cost $600. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with Websterz Technologies began in December 2021, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I don’t have any specific metrics because the website is so new; I expect to have concrete metrics in three months. However, my customers love the new website — the website is unique and helps them stand out from the competition. I’m 100% satisfied with the partnership because Websterz Technologies makes great project recommendations.

How did Websterz Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Websterz Technologies’ project management is strong, which is very impressive. Their project manager is conscious of the timeline and delivers on schedule and within our budget. Typically, we communicate through Slack, emails, and Skype. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Websterz Technologies’ project management stands out, along with the quality of their work. Compared to other websites I’ve seen, the one Websterz Technologies delivered is outstanding. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing for Websterz Technologies to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d advise customers to talk through the project with Websterz Technologies first because they have great ideas.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was recommended by a friend artist

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project was to design a very personal website that represented me and my work. The logo had to be designed according to my requirements, it had to look like my signature, I was then presented with various styles of websites and I chose the one I liked best. At this point I started giving the material I wanted on the site and slowly working together I got the website to look exactly as I had envisioned.

In total it was two people, a web designer and a developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website is very good, it looks appealing and corresponds to my personal art, giving it value and appeal to the public, that has seen it at the moment.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was easy to access and gave me constant feedback on the site development. I found the team very helpful for all sorts of questions and easily complied to my needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found them to be very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to communicate with someone like me who isn’t very skilled with technology, i though they were very patient.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Things can always be done differently or at different speed, but for someone like me the result was impossible more than anything else, since it’s my very first website.

I am the president and Founder of a full service digital marketing agency based in Ontario Canada. We specialize in online lead generation, standard and custom website developments, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click Advertising and Social Media Management. We work exclusively with Small and Mid-Size businesses in Canada.

Since 2018, we hired Websterz Technologies for website development and eCommerce Online Shopping websites. To date we have completed over 80 projects so far.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected vendor on Upwork. Over 100 applicant applied for our job posting on Upwork. Selected 10 and offer the position to Websterz. Criteria we use was, technical competence, communication skills and attention to details.

For the process for all projects to Websterz is as follows:

1. we submit client's website / eCommence website business requirements
2. Websterz will review and then provide Mockup designs of website home page
3. We review mockup and approve as required
4. Once approved, Websterz team will move on to the development of website and coding as required
5. We development is completed, Websterz team will review website with us and make any adjustment changes to meet client requirements
6. We launch website

Since 2018, we worked with 4-5 developers on weekly basis

Project management skills include - weekly updates, available for calls as required, tracking project timelines and question & answer session for complex projects.

They are available for call when we need. Communication skills are awesome. Designing quality is really nice. They develop really nice websites.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As far as we have worked with Websterz technologies. they fulfil our all requirements on a timely fashion and the team is always ready to help us as required.

We work with Websterz for Website projects for our clients.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Manoj and his team were professional and appeared very competent and were reasonably priced. They were the best firm for the job.

Websterz helps us design and build wordpress websites for our clients. We go through a few round of revisions and then his team completes the transfers to the client server.

We have worked with Manoj, the leader / owner, and we have worked with a few of his team members such as munish who is a developer.

The clients were happy with how the website came out and we were happy as well.

Their communication and ability to execute quickly stood out to me.

Overall they are great. Would be nice if they worked on US hours, but we make it work.

For what projects/services did your company hire Websterz Technologies, and what were your goals?

We hired this company to design and develop this roofing company website. My goal was to build a google responsive website and we achieved it in the time frame.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We got this as reference one of my friend. My deciding factors were the reviews from my friends and the reviews form the other online portals.

This is a roofing website. We started the project with the mockup design. After approval of the design. we moved to the development. This website is developed using WordPress.

Total 4 people worked with us for this project. One was the project manager who handle the communication with us on call. One was the graphic designer. One was the web designer and one was the main developer. All were very friendly and we have more projects for them coming soon.

Everything was awesome. I liked the work style. They were very friendly. Easy to talk and communication was awesome.

We were communication via scheduled zoom call and whatsapp. We also used skype to talk with the team management.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As i selected them with the reviews from my friend and from online portals. Everything was true. Very easy to work with. They give unlimited revisions without any question. This is what i liked the most.

No. Everything was awesome. Highly Recommended
