Unfortunately, this project did not produce measurable outcomes that demonstrate progress or success. Most of the contracted services were not completed, and the results fell far short of expectations. 
Despite being patient and following up multiple times, I still had an unfinished product. This lack of tangible results is the primary reason for my dissatisfaction with the services provided.

The project management was highly disappointing. Deliverables were not completed on time, and communication was significantly delayed throughout the process. The representative was often aggressive and defensive, making me feel undervalued as a customer.
I was, and still am, extremely dissatisfied with the services I received. Over 75% of the contract work was not completed, and rather than taking responsibility, the representative blamed me for the unfinished work. Their lack of accountability and professionalism further increased my frustration with the entire experience.

The most impressive aspect of this company was the range of services outlined in the contract. Unfortunately, the execution fell drastically short. Over 75% of the promised services were not delivered, which overshadowed the initial appeal of their offerings.

Ensure that technicians are fully aware of the services outlined in the contract, implement a tracking mechanism to monitor service completion progress, and maintain consistent communication with the customer throughout the process.
