I'm the chief experience officer and founder of a digital agency and a new startup software company.

We needed a web app developed to be able to soft launch by early summer so we can launch our new startup.

We found them during a competitive bidding process and they were flexible and accommodating, and listened and read everything we sent.

I had a great experience collaborating with Alexandra and the Websidev Team on developing a web app for a new startup. High-quality software development was delivered under budget, on time, and using scalable technologies that deliver a quality user experience for multiple user roles with multiple 3rd-party integrations with the MERN stack.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 2 people, with 1 main point of contact who followed up on ever single item in a timely manner. Full Stack Engineer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch the project on time and under budget, leading to our first paying customer in a month's time to prove our MVP! New features were developed to customize the software for our first customer and is informing the 2nd phase of work.

They worked with us in Github Projects and we utilized chat, email, Google Docs, and Marker.io for annotated feedback and tasks that pulled directly into Github as an issue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Based on our experience in working together in an effortless manner, I would recommend this team to anyone — and in fact, I have!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The quality of their work was great. And so was communications and everything else! No improvement needed.
