We agreed to do an e-commerce website to sell auto spare parts in Saudi Arabia - the website should have 5 pages for the (HomePage/Models/Brands/Products/CheckoutPage) with the online payments normally as any e-commerce website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They are scammers who are not trustful and who will ask for money during the lifetime of the project.  The have done the forntin of the project but stuck in the middle to ask for more time / delay the project intentionally for 5 months for no reasons - then they asked for a new deal with a new amounts although the main deal was not achieved. They are the worst ever.

🛑 Be aware - I am from Saudi Arabia and they foxed us - after delaying our project for 6 months! It is stuck in the end and they are not able to finish it - do not trust them, they are scammers!
They asked for money and when the project is at the middle - they will say the timeline is finished! Pay again with a different deal! I have all the proofs on this.
When you want to finish the project - they will never give you the documentation so you cannot finish it with another team - it will be loss totally!

No, they hardly responded to anything, only ever once every 2 weeks with excuses that they are updating, colleague is on leave, sick, or bug in their system. Didn't answer phone calls and no further online meetings.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I highly advise against working with Webs Utility for web application development or any serious projects. I entrusted them with a project in August, with an agreed timeline of 45 days. It’s now well past the deadline, and I have not seen any progress or updates from their team.

Their lack of professionalism is alarming. The development team doesn’t provide any feedback on the project’s status, and any attempts to get an update are ignored. The sales team seemed very responsive initially, but they disappeared after securing the project, leaving me without any form of accountability. The so-called project manager is consistently out of reach, making it impossible to address any issues or concerns.

Webs Utility Global LLP fails miserably in basic project management and communication, making the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want reliable and responsible partners for your project.
