Webrula is a small, senior team led by our founder, Muhammad Usman Ghani, who has spent over ten years and more than 400 projects building websites for service businesses.

We stay deliberately small. The people who scope your project are the people who build it, so you speak directly to them, not an account manager. No handoff to juniors after signing.

Many clients come to us after a previous developer left them a site they could not update or rank. Fixing that is much of what we do.

Every project starts with a free site audit before any money changes hands. We look at your current site, your search visibility, and what your competitors are doing, then tell you plainly what we would change and what it would cost. If you go ahead, onboarding is deliberately light. We ask for access to your domain and hosting, any brand assets you already have, and an hour of your time to understand how you actually win customers. We do not send a fifty question form. Plain language, no jargon, and no reports that exist to look busy. During a build you get a staging link you can check any time, and a short update at each stage rather than a daily stream of noise. You can reach us directly whenever something needs a quick answer. For SEO and care plan clients, we report monthly on the things that actually matter: search visibility, enquiries, and what changed. If a number moved the wrong way we tell you and explain why, rather than burying it.

We scope the whole project up front, break it into stages, and agree what "done" looks like for each one before we start. Design is approved before development begins, so there are no expensive reversals late in the build. You review each stage on a live staging link. Feedback goes into one place rather than being scattered across emails. Because the team is small, the person you speak to is the person doing the work. Nothing gets lost being passed along.

We hand over a site you own and can update yourself, with a short walkthrough recording of how to make the common changes. No locked proprietary system, no dependency on us to change a phone number.
