Additionally, given how strong the final result was, it would have been great to have a slightly more formalized feedback loop during the process — not because anything went wrong, but simply because their work was good enough that we would have loved to involve them even more deeply in shaping the messaging and structure. These are minor points though, and more reflective of us wanting more of their involvement than any real shortcoming on their part.
