I’m the founder of Vitrin LLC, an online local P2P cryptocurrency exchange.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Webito to accomplish for your cryptocurrency exchange project?

We hired Webito for their experienced developers and talented staff. We needed help creating a P2P exchange website that works for local exchangers in Sharjah and Dubai. The main goal was to get the best user experience to satisfy exchangers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Webito has passed a security certificate by a UK company. They’ve created an exchange that helps exchangers install the application and register on it. After that, they can exchange between cryptocurrencies by local fiat (AED). The main objective is to leverage that private exchange, and they’ve done it well because it needs a fast connection between price servers, exchangers, and an order matching system. The entire backend and frontend of our system have been developed by Webito, except for graphic design.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from Webito.

How did you come to work with Webito?

We found them through a referral. Their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, and they offered good value for the cost.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had a milestone for the project, and Webito has made all the parts of that milestone. The milestones have been the MVP, P2P market, leverage market, and applications. We’ve gotten a security certificate through them. We’ve also gotten more than 5,000 installs on the local app store and more than 45,000 users on the pilot launch in six months. The users have given a 4.8 rating on the applications.

How did Webito perform from a project management standpoint?

They always deliver on time. They manage the project through their private CRM, which is a good point because we can communicate safely. We communicate through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The biggest thing about Webito is their founder. He’s the best and kindest tech guy I’ve ever seen. He’s a creative product designer and developer. He’s managed our project the whole time. He’s helped me change my mind and given me a creative and new vision for my company and startup.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be better if they just worked with us so they could focus better on our project. It would be a better point for both of us, but the expenses don’t let us make that decision.
