Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the brand manager at Zcypher. We provide several services including branding agency, social media management, and website management.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Webinsight?

Initially, we were looking for social media marketing and PPC services, including making some improvements to our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provided a variety of digital marketing services. They helped us understand how to refine our website. They also assisted with social media marketing and PPC management, including Google Ads. Content primarily comes from our in-house team, but there were projects they contributed content on as well.

They also have done social media marketing and SEO work for clients of ours on various projects.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked directly with three people, but I believe there are more team members that have worked on my account. 

How did you come to work with Webinsight?

I saw their ad on the train, so I visited their website. We met, and I liked the knowledge they had, as well as the solutions they presented to me. I hired them on a trial basis and was pleased with the work, so we decided to move forward.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested between $10,000 - $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them around December 2018, and it is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve partnered with us to provide social media marketing to several of our clients. Their work satisfies our need and they deliver on time. 

How did Webinsight perform from a project management standpoint?

We had some issues at the beginning as we tried to figure out how to make the partnership work. Now, they’re fabulous. They handle a lot of things, but since my company is the contact point between our clients and their team, I handled the majority of processes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like the services they provide. I’ve worked with other companies and I’m much happier with this team and their performance. They understand the client’s needs and work accordingly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not at this time.
