Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of devil Dog Frenchies, LLC I breed French Bulldogs. We are a small Veteren family owned business. Our goal at Devil Dog Frenchies is to promote and preserve the quality in the breeding of purebred French Bulldogs by developing and maintaining their conformation, disposition as companions, and to do all possible to bring their natural qualities to perfection.

We are dedicated to providing every animal exceptional family-oriented care and a loving home during their first few months. We pride ourselves in High Breeding Standards and Personalized Approach to the breeding process.

For what projects/services did your company hire Webilistic, and what were your goals?

I commissioned Webilistic to build my small business website, the agent assigned to me was Marcus, he was very patient and understanding individual to work with. He addressed all my concerns, made necessary corrections, and continues to support and perfect the website.

How did you select Webilistic and what were the deciding factors?

I selected Webilistic, because of how easy it was to work with Marcus, and in the end I received exactly what I asked for. Thank you again Marcus.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had the initial kick off meeting to discuss the details of the website and what I want to accomplish. Once there was a mutual understanding between Marcus and I, he conveyed my intent to the developers, who then started designing a prototype for the website. After some very minor tweaks we came to an agreement, I the website development continued.

The next step was to submit content which I did to include text and photos. Marcus created my e-commerce account and got everything up and running as required. following the completion of the site there were some additional changes and adjustments which Marcus was very willing to address. Thanks again Marcus.

I worked directly with Marcus.

What I found most impressive was that I dealt with one person who took care of all my concerns and requests great job Marcus

The only thing I would like to recommend for improvement is that once an agreement is reached, an invoice detailing all services, be submitted to the client in writing listing all the details of the project.

terrible, no communications

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. Now i find them cheap in ways that are NOT good. Like cheap quality. cheap communication. cheap tactics. cheap English skills

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

in all areas. it would be hard for them to get worse, honestly.
